Learning to manage my anxiety has been the work of a lifetime. I never thought I would open up to many people about it, let alone put it in writing for the whole world to see…but I have. I never thought I would tell strangers about my struggles and the hard journey through anxiety to success, but I’ve learned to work through the fear and have told my story on stage many times.
But soon, I’m going to have to do something a lot harder.
